Classic Royal Thai Cuisine - experience the taste of Old Siam
The Siam Restaurant is a small family runs restaurant situated in the village of Greasby on the Wirral. Siam opened in 2003 to bring Royal Thai cuisine to Britain.
In 2005 we refurbished and extended our Restaurant to incorporate “ The Bar “ a separate larger area where you can relax and socialise whilst enjoying your drinks. The bar is open to both restaurant guests and non - restaurant guests, I and my staff ensure that all guests enjoy Thai hospitality.
At the Siam we stay true to the culinary culture and influences of Thailand. Our Restaurant menu is a palate of traditions and novelties, and delights even the most discriminating palate.
You can choose from a variety of unique dishes, from the past and the present of Thailand’s gastronomic culture. The Master Chef “Hui” uses her experience to take you on a culinary journey, the Thai way, serving Royal Thai cuisine with a reputation of authenticity and excellence.
Whatever the occasion, just a few drinks, a night out or a complete dining experience we look forward to welcoming you to our Bar and Restaurant.
